99:9's Weekly Round Up #34
My content for the week
Hello Readers, Happy New Year.
99:9 here with another newsletter. Here’s the new content I uploaded this week:
A topic inspired by some words of our Savior in Luke 11. “This is war,” He said, “and there is no neutral ground.” We’re either with Jesus or against Him. We’re either in agreement with the LORD or we’re not. If we go looking for neutral ground, or try twisting God’s Word to create neutral ground, then we will fall to demonic deceptions. Learn more in Part 66.
When we fall to the vice of greed, we get sucked into a never-ending cycle. What we have isn’t enough, and we always need more, more, more. Like the vice of envy, this desperate quest for more comes from not being content in the LORD right here and now. If we aren’t content in the LORD, our desires will always control us, tormenting us and tempting us to sin. But never fear—the Bible gives the answer for avoiding this sad state of affairs.
Since I published it on New Year’s Day, Part 67 has some good advice on how to have the best possible year this year. And any other year. And anytime at all. And what would that advice be? Pray. Pray at all times, every opportunity. Part 67 is all about prayer; the benefits of it, and what Scripture says. If we want to have a good 2021, we’ve got to pray hard. Read Part 67 to learn more.
Well that’s all for the week. I hope this gives you something good to read on your Sunday. Enjoy the week. I’ll be back next week with the next newsletter!
