Hello Readers,
99:9 here with another newsletter. Here’s the new content I uploaded this week:
Do Not Fear the End Times Part 43: The Calm in the Storm Is the LORD
The world seems to be getting more and more chaotic, and filled with hate. Jesus warned us this would happen, so we already know what to do. We need to rise above the chaos and hatred, choosing not to take part in it but instead loving our neighbors and our enemies and obeying God’s commandments until His return. Stay focused on God, no matter how crazy things get.
Victory in Virtue Part 5: Prudence
Prudence is a great Virtue to have, one which has a direct, immediate, and helpful influence on our lives. No one is guaranteed a smooth ride through life—in fact the LORD guarantees the opposite. But with the Virtue of Prudence, which we could also call Wisdom, we can avoid trouble we don’t need to get into, and in that way having an easier time.
Do Not Fear the End Times Part 44: Do We still Have Time for Dreams?
The knowledge that the End is Now can make us sad. Why? Because we all still have unfulfilled dreams, things we haven’t done yet, places we haven’t seen, and so on. If Jesus is coming so soon, do we even have time to pursue any of those dreams? Should we bother to plan a life? In this post I take on the question of what’s the point of looking to the future now, here in the End Times.
Well that’s all for the week. I hope this gives you something good to read on your Sunday. Enjoy the week. I’ll be back next week with the next newsletter!
