99:9 here with another newsletter. Here’s the new content I uploaded this week:
We all fight a battle against temptation. We may be strong against some temptations, but weak to others. We all have a weak spot. This is a collection of tips and wisdom for Christians to aid in the struggle against temptation.
The Virtue of Piety deals with respecting and honoring God. Also, in a world full of distractions meant to get us thinking about things that don’t matter, Piety is the skill of keeping God on our minds all the time, and tuning out those distractions. See this latest entry in the Victory in Virtue series to learn more.
Have you ever heard a Christian excuse their own sins, saying something like “it’s under the blood” or something along those lines? We do have the forgiveness of Jesus Christ, but we must not abuse that. Christians don’t get some special license to sin when we become Christian! We need to be honest in our attitude toward sin and forgiveness.
Well that’s all for the week. I hope this gives you something good to read on your Sunday. Enjoy the week. I’ll be back next week with the next newsletter!
